How Can I Access My Raw Site Log Files?

There are two ways to access your raw site log files.
1) Login to your SmarterStats panel (http://stats.yourdomain.com) and go to Site Settings > Export Logs. You can download your raw log files to your local machine.
2) Submit a technical support ticket with your domain name. We will grant the access permission to your ftp account.
