How to upgrade from a shared hosting plan to a reseller plan?

It is not easy to upgrade from shared hosting plan to reseller hosting plan. Please follow these steps if you want to do so.
1) Go to our web site and signup with one of our reseller plan. Please add this package to your existing account. You must use a different username.
2) You will receive your reseller acount within 15 minutes. Please login to Helm control panel using your reseller account. Create your hosting plans and users. Please take a look at our flash tutorials http://www.databasemart.com/Tutorial.aspx if you don't know how to do it.
3) Submit a technical support ticket with your new Helm user name (NOT Reseller username). We will move your current domains from your old account to this new account.
4) Now you can add new domains to your reseller account.
5) We will remove your old package from Helm and our billing system.
